What activities can kids participating in the Walk On! Challenge do
to get 60 minutes of exercise every day?
Remember, numerous national organizations, including National Institutes of
Health and the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports,
cite 60 minutes of exercise as a reasonable daily goal.

Challenge and there’s something on it for everyone! Do one activity for 60 minutes
