What do I get if I exercise 60 minutes every day during the month of February?
For starters, if you are part of a participating classroom**, you will receive a tracking brochure
that helps you keep track of the activities you like and the number of minutes of exercise you’re
getting each day. Every fifth-grader in a participating classroom who completes the Challenge
will receive a popular drawstring backpack once results are submitted. Fifth-graders who successfully
complete the Challenge by exercising 60 minutes every day during February will be entered to win one
of five Wii™* Fits and one of 40 iPod®* Shuffles. Fifth-grade teachers who implement Walk On! have a chance
to win a $5,000 grant to be used to further impact the childhood obesity level at their school and in Arizona.

just have to keep track of them. Check out this list of activities you could try to get the full
60 minutes and have fun at the same time. You can also get your family involved in some walking for
exercise. Check out the section called
